This hotel was nice in every respect, had amicable staff with out reservation. The location was excellant and nice, really close to restaurants and the old town including the Cathedral, and Wells centre. Staying within 10 minutes’ walk from Wells Recreation Ground was a bonus for us.

We had the double room and it was airy and complete with a view to the garden and the garden plus a large comfortable bed. The location was particularly good - right by the town centre and several eateries as well as the Market Place.

For our christmas the location was magnificent and exceptionally nice, so close to Bishop's Palace, nearby Glastonbury, and the local area pubs, restaurants, history. Had a lovely stay on a Saturday night & would stay here again👍

We were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the historic city centre. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, making sure that our room was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, were a nice touch. We were also impressed by the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and parking made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this place to family and friends.
While we cannot think of any negative aspects of this hotel, we would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
